AN UNDESERVED FAVOUR: YAHUAH BEHOLDS

AN UNDESERVED FAVOUR: YAHUAH BEHOLDS
by Dreamy Poetess

I'm told my second name means undeserved favour.
And my first name means I'm seen by the Creator.
I'm holding on to You, Whom I want to adore,
Let my spirit sing to You with utmost fervour.

By the Grace You bestowed upon me, I am saved.
By the Power of the Holy Spirit You gave,
I turned aside the wrong things in the way I'd lived.
Even though I may not be perfect, I am loved!

I won't worry about what they may do or say,
Because Your love embraces my soul, come what may!
I won't be shaken by the troubles on my way,
For I know that You're always with me day by day.

I am receiving Blessings because "You behold",
Even the things in my life that remained untold.
There is no mystery that You did not unfold.
Come and give me Your Grace and help me to be bold.

By the "BLOOD OF THE LAMB", You have redeemed us all.
I've got the "Undeserved Favour" that saved my soul.
By the "WORD OF MY TESTIMONY", I will tell,
How You helped me stand and carried me when I fell.

If it's not because of You I would not be here.
You didn't only save me but also drew near.
In every cry of my heart that You always hear,
The response You give is always on time and clear.

In my heart of hearts, I am so grateful to You.
For every day of my life You make me feel new.
Hear my SONG and PRAYER! I've come to WORSHIP You.
Thank You Lord for Your love is unending and true!

Gratitude for God's Undeserved Favour and Grace

Ephesians 2:8-9 states that salvation is the result of God's grace through faith, and it is a gift from Him, not earned through our own works.

When we acknowledge that God is the source of our salvation through His undeserved favour, we gain a better understanding that salvation and the love of God are not earned but freely given. That is why it is called a gift.

Recognizing our own imperfections, we come to realize that we can never earn salvation through good works. Good works flow from our belief in Jesus, our full trust in Him, and our pursuit to be like Him. Ultimately, we rely solely on God's grace and the power of the Holy Spirit to achieve this.

We should always keep in mind that salvation is not achieved through human effort, and that God's love and embrace surpass any worries or troubles we may face. God is greater than anything we encounter. Finding solace in the knowledge that God is always with us, regardless of the circumstances, brings peace.

Acknowledging the blessings received from God, the unveiling of divine mysteries, and the redemption brought about through the blood of Christ also prompt us to recognize the significance of our testimony. Expressing gratitude for God's presence and responsiveness is best done by sharing His love with the world.

The message of salvation through God's grace and the assurance of His love and presence leads to the gratitude and worship of true believers who recognize and receive His unending and true love.

A CONFESSION OF MY BROKEN HEART

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
-1 John 1:9 KJV

A CONFESSION OF MY BROKEN HEART
by Dreamy Poetess

How could this be, oh Lord? How come You still love me?
I am never the person that I ought to be.
How could I let transgression take a hold of me?
Oh why have You been so patient like what I see?

When I have surrounded myself with the wrong things,
And followed my deceitful heart with its cravings,
You've watched over me in all of my wonderings;
Though You were not on my mind during the mornings.

How can I be so blind that I had never seen,
Such a very dangerous road from where I'd been?
How could I, that I had never observed so keen,
The ways that I had followed before were unclean.

I was sinking in insanity and madness.
In the world I sought after love and happiness,
Even though they are lacking in Your Righteousness.
Still when I fell, You responded with FORGIVENESS.

Now I have come Lord, listen to my REPENTANCE.
Why, I'm a sinner but still have Your acceptance?
I know what I need now is Your deliverance.
You gave me more when I only asked for a chance.

A LETTER TO MY SAVIOUR

"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, And a light unto my path."

A LETTER TO MY SAVIOUR
by Dreamy Poetess

The first time You called me and asked me to draw near
I wouldn’t listen and refused because of fear.
This sinner tried to hide, but still You found me here.
Who am I for You to love? I thought it’s so queer.

And when I’ve decided to accept Your LORDSHIP,
I am overwhelmed by this new Relationship.
For what I have found is something more than friendship.
I’m inspired to share this through my discipleship.

You’ve made me realize the value of all things.
Before You I was drowned in my endless longings;
Only concerned about myself and my cravings;
And then You came in and stopped all my wanderings.

Now I am grateful because of Your Saving Grace.
And all I want every day is to seek Your Face.
Your Right Hand upholds me; I am in the right place.
You broke the ice in my heart that was like a glace.

And so I’m always excited to know You more;
To find ways to show that it’s You that I adore.
You are my Salt and Light. Oh my Mighty Saviour!
Your Love oh Jesus, is my Protective Armour.

AN EPISTLE OF MY DEVOTION

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
-John 3:16 KJV

AN EPISTLE OF MY DEVOTION
by Dreamy Poetess

There were many times when I was feeling so down.
In those times of miseries, I felt like I'd drown.
Feeling like a phantom walking in a ghost town;
I couldn’t do anything, I could only frown.

During the times of rejection and oblivion,
All of a sudden, I have Someone to lean on;
You brought back my life – I am a new creation;
Because of Your Grace, I can now have SALVATION.

You wiped away my tears, and removed my sorrow;
Come what may, I won’t worry about tomorrow.
I’m just like a dove that flies over the meadow,
I felt secure even on roads that are narrow.

Your Goodness and Your Glory make my spirit sing
Songs to worship You – You’re the Wind beneath my wings!
No words can describe the happiness that it brings.
Now I can’t remember the meaning of all things.

Nothing compares! You’re the only One that matters;
Even in this world that is now full of strangers.
Your Spirit flows within me like the clear waters,
That goes into the ocean from the cool rivers.

You've made me realize the true essence of love –
Not based on earthly things but a Gift from above.
You are the Lion and the Lamb. You are the Dove.
You give me all I need and all I want to have.

Because of You, now I have something to treasure.
And for me, knowing You is such a Great Pleasure!
I’ll think no more of the things that gave me pressure.
Your Love, oh Lord, is Great, that no one can measure!
